As a result of the significant increase in demand for our Fear Free veterinary services we will be accepting new clients by application only**.

Are you a pet parent who would rather prioritize your pet’s comfort level over getting a procedure done as quickly as possible? We may be just the clinic for you!
Being Fear Free certified means that we put a large focus on the level of fear, anxiety, and stress in our patients while doing everything we can to decrease it.
We do not heavily restrain pets or continue services if a pet’s stress level gets too high.
If our myriad of distraction techniques and tasty treats do not do the trick, we may have to reschedule your pet to come back on some calming supplements, or we may ask to sedate your pet in order to perform a stressful procedure.
The reason this is so important to us is that high levels of fear, anxiety, and stress can be detrimental to the health of your pet. Fear Free veterinary techniques allow for the reduction or elimination of anxiety triggers, more accepting patients, and overall better veterinary care!

Here at Harmony, rest assured that our staff will treat you and your pet with empathy and respect. We will do our very best to respond to requests, answer your questions, and get your pets seen in a timely manner. However, as much as we would like to be able to help everyone all the time, we do have limitations. Some requests may take a few days to fully process. We may sometimes be short staffed or have limited availability. We will try to get your pet seen (and by their usual doctor), but we may require some flexibility and patience if we are unable to do so.
As much as we focus on perfecting our client care, we also put a large focus on the mental health and wellbeing of our team. We simply would not be able to provide the best care possible for our patients without first taking care of our Harmony staff. We strive to be as empathetic as possible when it comes to our patients and the humans who love them. We will listen and treat you and your pet with the utmost care. We also ask for that same level of empathy and respect in return.
