When not at the hospital, Elizabeth is a licensed equestrian trainer. She started riding horses at an early age, moving on to compete professionally in jumpers and playing polo. When she has a day off, Elizabeth loves to read, hike, enjoy her friends, and spend time with her husband, Andrew. Whenever possible, they visit the Outer Banks where they love to surf. Lead Customer Service Representative
Tiffany fell in love with animals at a young age. She grew up spending summers at a farm her older sister lived on. She always enjoyed spending time there and getting to help feed and care for all the animals.
After graduating high school, she started her pet-care career path by working at a dog daycare, where she became a manager for 6 out of the 8 years she worked there. She later decided that she wanted to work with animals in a setting where she could be able to help them more. She began working at a veterinary hospital, in Arlington, to gain some knowledge and skill. From there, she joined the Harmony family at the beginning of 2021.
After over a year of putting so much hard work into keeping the front desk running smoothly, helping to train new-hires, lending a hand with assistant work when needed, and always taking classes to expand her knowledge, she has become our new Lead CSR! Tiffany is also a Fear Free Certified Professional and is one of our social event coordinators.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending time with her beloved fur-nephew, named Jax!

Lee’s passion for animals has existed as long as she has. Several of the first photos taken of her included ducks, cats, donkeys, horses, dogs, snakes, lizards, and even snails! Not because she had them while growing up, but because nature always finds a way. That passion has continued through her profession, her many fosters and rescues, and her participation in citizen science projects through the Audubon Association and Cornell University. Her other passions for history, art, and global politics developed while living and traveling throughout the US and Europe as an Army Brat.
She’s never afraid to look beyond her immediate surroundings for information on interesting things, which is how she first encountered Fear Free care and Force Free training methods for animals. She’s curated her life to combine all of her passions- working in practice committed to Fear Free processes, living in a diverse community, drawing people’s pets for charity auctions, and continuing to learn new things by traveling to places that are both familiar and new.
Lee has been on our CSR team since October of 2021 and is a Fear-Free certified professional.

Born and raised in eastern Kansas, Caitlin had a passion for helping animals, and learning about their health, since she was 5-6 years old. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2009 with a bachelor’s in Animal Science, with plans to continue on to vet school. When this didn’t work out due to health issues, she turned to admin work for a while. Caitlin later decided to get back into veterinary clinics since she was being asked a lot of pet health questions and realized it was still her passion. She decided to come back to the field as support staff instead (both as assistant and CSR) because she feels it has the best of both worlds when it comes to interacting with the pet and pet parent. She has years of experience in both general practice and emergency care.
She spent some time living in California, where she met her husband in 2016 when he was stationed at Vandenberg AFB. Due to her husband’s active military duty, they moved to Nebraska and lived there for a few years. Now they have moved here to Virginia, where we were thrilled to have Caitlin join our CSR team in July of 2022. She is currently going to go back to school to get her master’s in animal health and behavior and is working on her Fear Free certification classes. Caitlin loves arts & crafts, watching football, hanging out, and doing fun activities with her husband (zoo trips, site seeing, winery tours, etc). Caitlin and her husband’s family includes a beautiful daughter they enjoy raising together, as well as their favorite breed of dog, an Australian shepherd!

Nicole has loved working with animals for as long as she can remember. Her first job was as a kennel technician during high school and she hasn’t looked back since!
Nicole has moved to a new state every couple of years due to her husband, Ben, being active in the military. While this may sound tiresome, it has given her great opportunities to further learn and gain experience at different clinics all over! In between working at different vet clinics, she has also done at-home doggy daycare and has been a foster with Australian Shepherds Furever since 2016.
Nicole is an avid fan of keeping pets enriched in their daily lives! She has an australian shepherd that participates in sheep herding, scent work, trick training, and a fun dog sport called Flyball! Her husky mix is more of an old soul that is content with hiking on the weekends, but he does enjoy running FastCat (a chasing game) as well. Her family also includes a tripod cat named Mochi who enjoys bird watching and joining in on walks in his kitty backpack!
When away from their pets, Nicole & Ben enjoy visiting local wineries & trying new restaurants.
Nicole joined our technician team in July of 2022 is working on her Fear Free certification. A goal Nicole strives for is to cater her knowledge towards dog behavior and training, and hopes to shadow and apprentice with a trainer one day.
